Cape Global Personnel Services (Pty) Ltd is a professional employers organization. We as Cape Global are a member of the Merseta, we are registered with the Metal Engineering Industries Bargaining Council. We are also a member of the Construction and Engineering Association (CEA) as well as a member of the Labour Broking Division (LBD) of the CEA. We comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, duly registered with regulatory authorities.
The Company was established in 1975, Mrs Luna Vermeulen bought the Company in 2001 and became the Managing Director. She then steered the company in a new direction and became the market leader in the field of labour outsourcing and training specialists.
In 2006 she was a finalist in the nationwide Businesswoman of the year competition for medium businesses of the South African Council of Businesswomen.
Cape Global Holdings has strong ties towards our community and contributes to various charities and skills development programs. We are passionate about training and job creation and believe that future success of any company lies in skills retention and expansion of critical skills base.
Having national and International accredited training centers and Welding Schools we are committed to training for the purpose of all new developments happening in our International School of Engineering where we train to ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and AWS (American Welding Standards) standards for international demand.
